Our products may connect to third-party platforms on your behalf. When you authorize a connection, we access and exchange data with that platform only to the extent you authorize and only to operate the features you have enabled. The following describes how we handle data for specific integrations.
When you authorize a connection to QuickBooks Online or other Intuit products, Sozo Holdings LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and products access your data through the Intuit API solely on your behalf and only to the extent you authorize. Data accessed may include invoices, customer records, estimates, payment transactions, accounts, and related financial data. We use this data only to provide and operate the features you have enabled. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service or as required by law.
You may revoke access to your QuickBooks account at any time through the applicable product settings or directly through your Intuit account at intuit.com. Revoking access immediately terminates our API access to your QuickBooks data. We retain data obtained through third-party integrations for as long as needed to provide the service and will delete or anonymize it upon account termination.
Payment processing for Sozo Holdings LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and products is provided by Stripe, Inc. When payment information is submitted through our services, that information is transmitted directly to and processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. Contractors and businesses that accept payments through our platform are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Certain products and services offered by Sozo Holdings LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and products include AI-assisted voice features that may handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of our business clients. Calls may be recorded and processed by artificial intelligence for purposes including transcription, routing, scheduling assistance, and customer communication. Call recordings and transcripts may be retained to deliver the service and are subject to our standard data retention practices.
Applicable law in certain states requires notification when a call is being recorded or handled by automated systems. Our voice features include automated disclosures at the outset of calls where required. Business clients using our voice features are responsible for ensuring compliance with call recording consent laws applicable in their jurisdictions.
Sozo Holdings LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and products may offer integrations with Google services, including Google Business Profile, Google Ads, and Google Sign-In. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, available at developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy. We use Google-sourced data only to provide the specific features you have enabled, do not use Google data for advertising or tracking purposes, and do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to operate the service.
If you use Google Sign-In, we receive a unique identifier and, if provided, your name and email address, which we use only to create and manage your account. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com.
If you connect Meta advertising accounts or enable Meta-related features, we access your Meta advertising and business data solely to provide the monitoring and analytics features you have enabled. We do not transfer Meta-sourced data to data brokers, use it for independent advertising, or share it beyond what is necessary to operate the service. Use of Meta data is subject to Meta's Platform Terms (developers.facebook.com/terms).
To request deletion of Meta-sourced data associated with your account, contact us at info@sozoholdings.llc, or see our Data Deletion Request page. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
You may create an account or sign in using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. If you use these options, we receive limited account information from the respective provider, typically a unique identifier and, if provided, your name and email address, which we use only to create and manage your account. We do not receive your password. If you use Sign in with Apple with a relay email address, we will communicate through that relay. We do not use third-party sign-in data for advertising or share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service.
Some services offered by Sozo Holdings LLC and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and products use artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide features including call handling, appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, and business analytics. We do not make significant decisions affecting your legal rights solely by automated means without opportunity for human review. You may contact us to request information about automated processing affecting your account.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including database-level isolation so each business client's data is kept separate. We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal requirements.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at info@sozoholdings.llc. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
