Data Deletion Request

Overview

Sozo Holdings LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a Missouri limited liability company that develops and operates software for skilled-trade businesses. In connection with certain features of our services, we may receive data sourced from Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, when you authorize our application to access your Meta account data.

We are committed to respecting your data rights. You may request deletion of any Meta-sourced data we hold at any time by following the process below.

What we delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete all Meta-platform data associated with your account from our systems, including any cached ad performance data, page insights, or account identifiers obtained through Meta API access.

This process affects only the data we hold. It does not affect data held directly by Meta. To manage data held by Meta, visit Meta's Privacy Center.

How to submit a request

Send an email to info@sozoholdings.llc with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address associated with your account and the Meta account(s) you connected.
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process your deletion within the timeline below.

Response timeline

We will complete deletion of your Meta-sourced data within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
